This policy explains how Tripojoy handles personal data for visitors and waitlist members in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States and elsewhere.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist we receive your email address and the region you choose. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard server logs such as IP address for security and delivery.

Why we use it

We use your email only to tell you about Tripojoy early access and launch. Our legal basis under the GDPR / UK GDPR is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information, as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We only use service providers needed to run the site and send email.

International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, and complain to your local data protection authority. California residents may request to know and delete their information. Email us to exercise any right; we respond within 30 days.

Retention

We keep waitlist data until launch communications end or you ask us to delete it.
